Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective. Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 2 days Exchange Process If you’d like to exchange an item for a different color or style, please let us know when you initiate the return process. We’ll ship the replacement item as soon as the original product is received and inspected. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
