We’ll ship the replacement item as soon as the original product is received and inspected. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you. Important Notes Sale or discounted items are final and not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective. We recommend using a track able shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
