To be eligible: The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it. The item must have all original tags attached and be returned in its original packaging. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
