Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible: The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it. The item must have all original tags attached and be returned in its original packaging. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective. Wait for Approval: Once your request is approved, we’ll provide you with the return shipping address and instructions. Ship the Item Back: Use a reliable shipping service to send the item back to us. Please note that the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival. Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 2 days Exchange Process If you’d like to exchange an item for a different color or style, please let us know when you initiate the return process. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you. Important Notes Sale or discounted items are final and not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective. We recommend using a track able shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
